Trevor Keenan is a member of Campbell. His practice includes defending corporations in complex product liability matters across such products as motor vehicles, medical devices, industrial equipment and recreation equipment. Trevor also represents clients in construction, toxic tort, trucking and transportation, professional liability and commercial cases. Throughout his 20 years of practice, Trevor has tried wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including Florida, Virginia, New Jersey and New England. He has also argued cases before the Massachusetts and Connecticut appellate courts.
Curtis Berglund is a member of Campbell in its Boston office. He is an experienced litigator and has successfully represented clients in state and federal court, before administrative bodies, and in
arbitration proceedings in multiple jurisdictions in the north-eastern United States. Curtis maintains a diverse practice with a focus on product liability, business and commercial litigation, and personal injury defence matters. He has significant experience with representing clients in the automotive industry. He has counselled and defended clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Michelle Byers Graham is a member of Campbell in its Boston office and the co-chair of the firm’s diversity committee. In her more than ten years of practice, Michelle has focused on a wide range of civil litigation matters,
defending the firm’s clients in product liability, premises liability, construction and personal injury/ negligence matters. She has experience in both state and federal courts around New England, representing a wide range of national corporations and insurance companies in complex matters involving multiple parties, as well as small businesses and individuals in general liability disputes.
