Gregory Ulmer serves as deputy group chair of BakerHostetler’s litigation practice group. He is the firm’s product liability and toxic tort team leader and a member of the Policy Committee. Greg is a trial lawyer with more than 25 years
Ryan Walton covers complex commercial litigation within his practice, with a focus on handling wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases stemming from product defects, matters involving heavy

His practice consists of civil defence litigation with an emphasis on defending products, product manufacturers and distributors, and premises owners in areas of product liability, premise liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury and toxic exposure. He also assists clients with crisis management and emergency incident response, including governmental agency investigations such as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

James Phillips is litigation leader for BakerHostetler’s Houston office, overseeing more than 40 litigators, and is deputy chair of the product liability and toxic tort team. A trial lawyer, he defends manufacturers,
sellers, premises owners and contractors in product liability, construction and commercial litigation. He also advises corporate clients in crisis and catastrophic matters, including incident response, product investigations and recalls, project management, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) investigations, and proceedings before the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
