Heidi Bloch is a partner in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office who has worked in insurance and litigation since qualifying in 2004. Before joining Kennedys in 2019, Heidi spent three and a half years working in the Danish
Rasmus Estrup is a senior associate in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office and joined Kennedys in 2023. Rasmus specialises in financial lines, litigation and arbitration and has represented insurers in relation to disputes within
labour organisation FOA, handling its members’ work-related injury cases and establishing an in-house legal office in that field. During her time at FOA, Heidi also participated widely in the law- making process. She manages complex financial lines, cyber claims and all manner of personal injury claims, including class actions. Rasmus Tommerup is a senior associate in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office and is admitted to the Bar in Denmark. He joined Kennedys in 2023 and previously worked at one of Denmark’s largest law firms for several years. Rasmus advises insurers on coverage and legal proceedings, focusing particularly on professional indemnity, financial lines, D&O, product liability and recourse. He specialises in the defence of construction professionals in high-value and multiparty disputes, acting for architects, engineers and contractors. He also acts in the defence of directors and officers in financial lines cases. Rasmus has solid experience in legal and arbitration proceedings, and in pre-action proceedings – including expert opinion and handling disputes in settlement negotiations.
