alternative investment funds and real estate transactions, as well as the tax aspects of real estate financing and structured finance. He also assists clients in dealing with tax authority proceedings, including tax litigation.
Ivana Magistrelli is a co-founding partner at SI – Studio Inzaghi and advises domestic and international clients in all areas of real estate law, especially in relation to acquisitions and sales (directly or through
investment structures) of properties, sale and leaseback, real estate developments and leases. With reference to sale and leaseback and leases, she has experience on both the landlord and tenant side, enabling her to adopt a balanced approach to concluding deals.
