Abdullahi Garane is a distinguished legal practitioner with over 18 years of experience, currently serving as the managing partner at Garane & Somane Advocates and lead of the real estate department. He is a recognised expert in real estate, environmental law and infrastructure, with specialised technical proficiency in structuring international financial transactions and multi-jurisdictional due diligence. A holder of an MA in Environmental Law, Garane is a highly certified arbitrator and associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya and was inducted into the 2025 Real Estate and Finance Hall of Fame.

Grace Mando is a senior associate and head of the commercial department at Garane & Somane Advocates. An advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she holds an LLB from Mount Kenya University and a

Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She specialises in real estate and conveyancing, commercial law and corporate advisory. Grace is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and serves as board member of TDC Generations Academy.
