Vögeli has deep knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and broad expertise in property acquisitions and sales, investments, developments, leasing, financing, restructuring, and disposition of all asset classes of real estate. He also advises on all aspects of commercial, industrial, hospitality and residential real estate, including on regulatory framework requirements. real estate transactions including asset deals, share deals, sale-and- rent-back transactions, asset transfers, asset swaps, in-kind contributions and development projects. His expertise also encompasses other real estate-specific legal matters such as total contractor/general contractor agreements, EPC contracts, planning agreements, project development agreements, tenancy and lease law, environmental law, Lex Koller, Lex Weber and real estate financing. Annina Fey is part of the Real Estate team at Niederer Kraft Frey. She advises and represents national and international investors, financial institutions, corporations, and private clients primarily in the areas of real
estate, construction and spatial planning law, public law, environmental and energy law, and tenancy law. Her advisory work particularly includes drafting contracts for transactions and construction and development projects. She works both in litigation and advisory roles. She is a recognised specialist in public law/construction law, including heritage protection and completed her doctoral dissertation on “Balancing Interests in Heritage Protection”.
