Sean Cope is a legal director specialising in commercial real estate. He advises many leading regional developers, government-owned
entities and international investors on some of the most high-profile projects in the GCC. Sean has particular experience in the hotel sector, including hotel management arrangements, mixed-use development projects and branded residences. He trained with DLA Piper in the UK and completed a six-month secondment with Lend Lease in London, primarily supporting the property development business. Sean writes regularly for industry publications.
