Rachel V Hutton is a partner in the Vancouver office of Stikeman Elliott and practises real estate law, with a focus on energy projects, capital projects and regulatory compliance. She has complementary expertise in

Miguel has represented clients in both the public and private sectors, guiding them through complex real estate transactions and significant infrastructure projects. He has acted on many sale and leaseback transactions, and has expertise in international project financings as well as the review of mining right portfolios in Quebec. Miguel has considerable experience advising on multi-jurisdictional transactions and has been involved in notable sales of landmark properties in Montreal.
