The firm per - forms real estate-related legal work throughout the state, in the areas of residential real estate, agricultur - al real estate, commercial real estate, industrial real estate and various tax credit transactions. The firm
carries out residential and commercial lending work for financial institutions and insurance companies, including Wells Fargo Bank, NA; US Bank, NA; and many other regional or local institutions. It has repre - sented multiple data centre owners and developers in matters concerning their investments in Iowa and the negotiation of tax incentives and local entitlements. It does work for commercial real estate developers including R & R Investors and Hubbell Realty Com - pany, and works on a variety of renewal energy devel - opment projects for project developers and owners.

involving leading real estate due diligence teams in connection with the development of renewable energy projects and large-scale data centre projects in Iowa. Shannon also has experience in advising clients on a wide variety of matters, including public finance, data privacy, and corporate and business matters.
