David Freylikhman focuses his practice on complex transactional real estate, including the purchase, sale, leasing, development and financing of commercial properties. His practice covers the full range of real estate assets, including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, hotels and mixed-use developments. David represents lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, family offices and businesses of all sizes in connection with legal strategy, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, licensing and corporate control matters. David was formerly an adjunct professor of law with New York Law School and with Seton Hall School of Law.
David Jensen represents owners and developers in all facets of construction projects, with a primary focus on construction contract negotiation and drafting. He has represented owners and developers
in virtually every facet of construction, including project delivery, risk allocation, bid preparation, project administration and claims resolution. David’s representations cover a diverse project base, including commercial, mixed-use and residential developments, public and public-private partnership infrastructure projects, and industrial and other specialised projects throughout the country.
Jody Saltzman focuses her practice on real estate matters, and has broad experience in negotiating commercial leases, ground leases, subleases and licences nationwide for landlords and tenants, including negotiating office,

industrial, EV, gas, restaurant and other retail leases. She also assists clients in reviewing and negotiating architect and construction agreements. Jody works with clients from term sheet to build-out, evaluating their needs, time constraints and budget to help them reach their goals.
