Jakob Skov Bundgaard is an attorney-at-law and former team leader of the Danish Business Authority’s Export Controls and Sanctions unit. He helps companies manage regulatory risk and stay compliant in an increasingly complex sanctions and dual-use landscape. His practice also covers economic security more broadly, including foreign direct investment (FDI) screening, where he combines legal expertise with practical insights from his experience inside the Danish Business Authority.

Rikke Sonne is an associate partner at Accura and an attorney-at-law. She advises domestic and multinational companies on regulatory matters with special expertise in foreign direct investment (FDI) and trade
compliance. She has extensive experience in navigating complex processes where regulatory requirements and compliance play a key role. Before joining Accura, Rikke was head of legal in a listed company for many years. She has built a solid business understanding and practical experience in handling regulatory risks, commercial contracts and strategic legal advice. Rikke is recognised for her ability to combine legal precision with an operational and commercial approach, making her a valuable adviser in complex and business-critical processes.
Tilde Nielsen Weidinger is an assistant attorney and advises domestic and international businesses on regulatory matters, ESG and compliance. She focuses particularly on M&A transactions and
other complex transactions, including ESG, sanctions and export control, anti-bribery, anti- corruption and anti-money laundering, and the completion of due diligence investigations in connection with M&A transactions.
