Mark routinely advises high-value companies, shareholders and directors in complex, cross-border, multi-party shareholder disputes, breach of director duties claims and minority oppression claims.
Sarah Yeo is an associate director of WMH Law Corporation and an integral member of the firm’s “boardroom ᵂᴹᴴ ⁺” practice group which spearheads its boardroom, shareholder and joint venture
