Michalis Kramvis is a partner and head of the corporate department at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC. He obtained his LLB from Warwick University (UK) and his postgraduate degree (LL.M.) in Commercial and

of Manchester and his LLM from King’s College, London, before being admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2009. George has been involved in various shareholders’ disputes, the oppression of minority shareholders’ claims, insolvency matters, tracing actions, fraud and conspiracy claims and trust- related litigation.

Corporate Law from University College London (UCL), before being admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2004. Michalis has extensive experience in acting for Cypriot credit institutions and for both local and multinational corporate groups having a presence in Cyprus. He has been actively involved in notable M&A transactions, corporate restructurings (often involving the implementation of schemes of arrangement) and the listing of companies with the Cyprus Stock Exchange.

Christoforos Iosif has been an advocate at Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC since being called to the Cyprus Bar in 2018. He obtained his LLB from the University of Bristol and his MSc from the London School of

Economics (LSE). Christoforos has represented clients in court in a wide array of cases, including derivative claims, professional negligence, winding- up petitions, tort and banking litigation. He frequently contributes articles to both Cypriot and British publications on law, politics and current affairs.
