Hannuri Law headquartered in Seoul, is a plaintiff law firm renowned for its distinct specialisation in the ar- eas of corporate governance, shareholder activism, securities and finance litigation, antitrust, and class actions. Hannuri conducts extensive research and formulates legal strategies tailored precisely to ad- dress the needs of investors. Rather than relying on the materials and opinions provided by clients, Han- nuri actively develops logic and explores evidence to pursue the most effective case. Through persistent

determination and diligent work, Hannuri has cre- ated new precedents in complex and specialised cases that many viewed with scepticism as lacking precedent and difficult to prove. Hannuri has an es- tablished track record of successfully representing individuals affected by a wide spectrum of unlaw- ful activities, including capital market cases such as stock price manipulation and accounting fraud, fair trade cases such as collusion and unfair advertising, product liability, and personal information damage. litigation, and class actions. Against the backdrop of escalating demands for transparency and efficiency in both Korean and international capital markets, she diligently monitors opportunities for Korean institutions and individual investors to engage in overseas class actions, while also facilitating avenues for foreign investors to participate in shareholder activism within the Korean market. Ms Ku holds an LLB from Seoul National University and a JD from Yonsei University Law School.
