deals for sponsors, athletes or sports organisations; advising sports content/service providers on matters relating to Web3 and sports tech; representing clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport; and providing advice on dispute resolution and risk management generally. Shiro graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law (LLM) with a specialisation in entertainment, media and IP, and has worked for a sports agency in Los Angeles. He is admitted to the Japanese Bar and the State Bar of California.
