Joaquín Jofre Fernández-Abascal is a partner at Jofre Sports Law and an expert in sports litigation, contract drafting and tax matters. He advises and represents clubs, agents, coaches, sports managers and

professional athletes on a wide range of matters, including employment agreements, transfer and loan deals, sponsorship and image rights contracts, disciplinary proceedings and tax planning. Joaquín has extensive experience in national and international dispute resolution, including proceedings before FIFA, the CAS and domestic bodies. Before joining Jofre Sports Law, he served as legal manager of Málaga CF and football director at Cádiz CF.
