on a wide range of matters, including employment agreements, transfer and loan deals, sponsorship and image rights contracts, disciplinary proceedings and tax planning. Álvaro has extensive experience in national and international dispute resolution, including proceedings before FIFA, the CAS and domestic bodies. Before joining Jofre Sports Law, he served as legal manager of Málaga CF and RCD Espanyol, and previously worked at FIFA’s Players’ Status Department.
