Jolly Kibalama is a junior associate at Engoru, Mutebi Advocates with experience in litigation, commercial arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He advises the firm’s clients – both

serves as a lecturer of law at Uganda Christian University, Kampala International University, and Kyambogo University. Mr Kajja also serves as the chairperson of the Young African Leaders in Sports (YALS) Forum and published the first book on sports law in East and Central Africa. Timothy represented the first Ugandan to win a case at the FIFA tribunal. He coined the first sublicensing structure of the FA English Premier League live-audio broadcasting rights in East and Central Africa.

Nanyonjo Janet Pheobe is a junior associate at Engoru, Mutebi Advo - cates. She holds an LLB from Uganda Christian University and a postgradu - ate diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration at the East Africa

School of Taxation. She has a strong passion for dispute resolution, encompassing both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She regularly advises both local and international clients on commercial disputes and regulatory issues in all Courts of Judica - ture in Uganda. Some of the notable disputes she has advised on include representing Uganda Railway Corporation in litigation and ADR proceedings which have been successfully concluded with costs award - ed in favour of the client.
