Richard T. Lobas is counsel in Meister Seelig & Schuster’s litigation group, focusing on complex commercial disputes for corporate and professional clients in state and federal courts, and in arbitration and

He advises NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB athletes, recording artists, and film and television talent on crisis management, fraud recovery, endorsements and appearances, estate and insurance planning, investments, ventures and charitable entity formation. Mitch also represents corporations, insurers and individuals in complex state and federal disputes involving business torts, employment, insurance coverage and intellectual property.
