McLaren Global Sports Solutions MGSS) was founded in 2014 to serve a wide range of participants across the sport industry, including professional leagues and teams, sport federations and athletic departments. It provides specialised services that support governance and ethics through the devel - opment and implementation of policies and proce - dures, as well as independent third-party investiga - tions designed to help clients identify and mitigate risk. MGSS also has deep expertise in designing and administering customised arbitration and adjudica - tion services.

Soublière Sport Law (SSL) is a one-woman boutique business focusing solely on providing legal consulta - tion to international and national clients on matters related to sport law, be it in integrity, safeguarding, anti-corruption, discipline, eligibility, contracts, em - ployment and collective bargaining, human rights, governance, regulations or anti-doping. Over the years, SSL has provided services to or advised vari - ous international clients and legal firms in Canada, the US, Europe, Australia and South America. SSL has worked with MGSS on various projects.

Richard McLaren is a Canadian lawyer and arbitrator, and a leading authority on sports law and integrity. A Professor Emeritus at Western University’s Faculty of Law, he has served for decades as an international

Janie Soublière is an attorney-at-law and the principal of Soublière Sport Law. providing consultancy in sport law since 2002. A chartered arbitrator, she sits on various sport dispute resolution panels, including the Court

arbitrator with the CAS. Richard is globally recognised for his work investigating corruption and doping in sport, notably as the author of the McLaren Report, which exposed systemic, state- sponsored doping in Russian athletics. His work has shaped international anti-doping policy, governance standards and the regulation of sport. Richard is the integrity officer for FIBA and is Chair of the ITIA anti-corruption hearing officers for professional tennis.

Janie is also an experienced, trained trauma-informed investigator actively sought out to conduct investigations into sport-related misconduct allegations. She competed in NCAA Div 1 Tennis, regularly guest lectures for international sport law programmes and is an executive board member of the Canadian Ski Hall of Fame.
