Francisco Moya is a specialist in labour and sports law with a solid track record in highly complex

A founding partner of Moya & Bossart, he is distinguished by his strategic advice to companies and unions, including seven years as legal counsel to SIFUP (the Chilean Professional Footballers’ Union) in international disputes. He holds a Master’s in Labour Law (University of Chile) and a Master’s in Sports Law and Management (ISDE, Madrid). He has served on disciplinary tribunals in professional basketball.
