in trade mark litigation, unfair competition, dispute resolution, industrial designs, copyrights, and IP licensing, Luiz heads RCG’s trade marks litigation practice and is renowned for his extensive track record in litigation, enforcement proceedings, and complex prosecution matters. He manages renowned companies’ litigation and enforcement cases in Israel and internationally. He is also recognised by several international legal guides. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Luiz lectures at academic forums in different languages.
