Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, and co-ordinates with cross-border associates for IP protection in jurisdictions such as the UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Jannah advises on IP protection strategies, drafts IP assignments and licensing agreements, and has played a key role in a joint venture in Singapore involving trade marks from multiple jurisdictions. She also has experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation and franchising in Malaysia.
