Ganado Advocates has a specific IP litigation focus and acts as representative for brand owners and right-holders in customs procedures, including applications for action, to ensure that counterfeit goods entering or traversing the Maltese territorial waters are immediately seized and destroyed in a timely manner.

His expertise includes IP protection and enforcement, brand strategy, and structuring and negotiation of IP-driven transactions and commercial agreements, including software licences, IP assignments, end-user licences and franchise arrangements. Philip has been spotlighted in leading legal directories as an up-and-coming practitioner in this area.
