His expertise includes IP protection and enforcement, brand strategy, and structuring and negotiation of IP-driven transactions and commercial agreements, including software licences, IP assignments, end-user licences and franchise arrangements. Philip has been spotlighted in leading legal directories as an up-and-coming practitioner in this area.
