Victor Adames is an attorney at law who graduated from Universidad Anáhuac and has more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property. He joined BC&B in 2004, was named an associate at the firm in 2012 and a
Carlos Hernandez is an attorney at law who, in addition to his Mexican legal qualifications, has pursued postgraduate studies at Georgetown Law Center, Washington, D.C. and Trinity College, Dublin. He has more
partner in 2018. He oversees the firm’s trade mark and copyright practices both in Mexico and abroad. He advises international and domestic clients across a range of sectors (including technology, telecommunications, consumer, automotive, food and beverage and retail) on matters such as distinctive signs, copyright, domain names, and IP rights licensing and contract draughting. He is a member of AMPPI and the International Trademark Association and he regularly contributes to various publications on intellectual property matters.

Paola Becerril has more than ten years of experience in the practice of intellectual property law in Mexico and specialises in trade mark and
copyright work. She has deep knowledge of current regulatory practice before national authorities, which gives her clients the best possible IP protection. Her experience includes specialised advisory work on non-traditional trade marks and copyrights in the entertainment sector.
