Yvonne Tang is a director at Drew & Napier LLC. She has more than 20 years of experience in IP matters, and her clients include multinational and local companies alike. Yvonne’s key areas include trade marks and

copyright infringement, and passing off. She is regularly involved in trade mark opposition proceedings, and has handled criminal raids of counterfeit goods as well as domain name recovery claims under the Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (SDRP). Yvonne’s legal experience extends to trade mark and patent registration, searches and strategic advisory work, as well as corporate IP matters. Yvonne is presently the Vice-President of the Executive Committee of the APAA Singapore Group, and of the Institute of Singapore Trade Mark Agents (ISTMA).

Ruby Tham is a director at Drew & Napier LLC. She has more than 15 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious IP practice. She actively handles IP (trade marks, passing off, copyright, registered

designs and domain name recovery) contentious and enforcement matters. Ruby has acquired considerable experience in trade mark opposition, invalidation and revocation matters, and appearing before the Registry and High Court. Ruby regularly advises on global brand strategy, trade mark clearance and prosecution, active portfolio management and best practices relating to the use and protection of IP. On the transactional front, Ruby’s work includes advising, negotiating and drafting agreements relating to IP transfers, mergers and acquisitions, IP-backed financing and licensing, and conducting IP due diligence.

Lim Siau Wen is a director at Drew & Napier LLC. She is an IP specialist with more than 20 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious IP matters. She manages the global trade mark, patent and design

portfolios of foreign and local multinational clients from a wide range of industries. She also advises on general IP and regulatory matters, issues of gaming, product advertising, labelling and branding strategy.
