Syed Emran Hossain is one of the major partners of H & H Company and has more than 15 years of experience relating to intellectual property matters. He has tremendous expertise in dispute resolution,
including trial before the civil court. He has successfully represented many clients before the Apex Court of Bangladesh as well. Owing to his vast expertise in intellectual matters, Mr Hossain is also engaged as senior counsel by other law firms. He regularly writes legal articles which are published in newspapers. Several cases handled by Mr Hossain have been reported in law journals.
