Marek Oleksyn is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He advises and represents Polish and international clients in matters concerning the protection of intellectual property, including trade

practice at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He represents clients in cases involving the protection of patents, trade marks, industrial designs, business secrets, and copyrights. Szymon has extensive experience in unfair competition issues and advertising law. He negotiates agreements concerning intellectual property rights, including technology transfer transactions and coexistence of signs agreements. He also deals with corporate and civil law issues. Szymon is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Internet Domains at the PIIiT and the PCC, as well as at the EU Arbitration Court resolving disputes concerning EU domains, and he is ranked in Intellectual Property in Chambers Europe and Chambers Global.
