Aaron Nathan is a partner at Tensegrity. He is experienced in litigating patent disputes for innovative companies, licensing disputes, and IP-related antitrust claims. His practice spans diverse
technologies, including life sciences and biotechnology. Aaron is a business-focused advocate who fosters close working relationships with clients to advance litigation outcomes consistent with client needs. Before Tensegrity, Aaron was Law Clerk to the Honorable Richard Linn of the Federal Circuit. Aaron is an active participant and in the Federal Circuit Bar Association, the Naples Roundtable, and the Sedona Conference WG10 and has spoken at meetings of these organisations as well as the Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute.
Azra Hadzimehmodovic is co-managing partner at Tensegrity. She brings extensive experience litigating complex intellectual property cases in US district courts, the Federal Circuit, the ITC, the PTAB,
and before arbitration tribunals. She has litigated patent matters for industry-leading technology companies in diverse areas, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. Before practising law, she was a scientist and technical editor for the United States Pharmacopeia, an official standards-setting authority for medicines and other health-care products. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Federal Circuit Bar Association and a member of the Working Group 9/10 Steering Committee for the Sedona Conference.
Samantha Jameson is a partner at Tensegrity. He litigates patent, antitrust, and other IP disputes. Her
practice has involved multiple technologies, including medical devices and life sciences research tools. She practises in US district courts, the ITC, the PTAB, the Federal Circuit, and in private arbitration. She participates in the Sedona
