Sarah Lu Shijiao graduated from the Intellectual Property School of East China University of Political Science and Law. Since joining AllBright Law Offices in 2013, her practice has focused on intellectual property
strategies for clients. Mitchell always focuses on IP-related legal services, including dispute resolution cases and non-litigation matters. His clients include domestic and international companies in nearly all industries. Mitchell is especially good at handling trade secrets and patent litigation involving highly complicated technologies, including electronics, chemistry and 3G/4G/NR SEPs. Benefiting from his prior experience as a patent agent, he invalidates patents that others can hardly invalidate. He is also one of the pioneers who handle trade secret criminal cases in China.
