He has been involved in lawsuits transforming the Indian IP enforcement regime, and has engendered many original facets of IP, including trade secrets. He is the author of “Halsbury’s Laws of India on Intellectual Property” and the India chapter in “Trade Secrets Throughout the World”, and engages extensively in spreading the message of IP through the Raj Anand Moot Court Competition.
