With over a decade spent at Deloitte & Touche, she was a pioneer in the field of transfer pricing, having specialised in it since 2001, eventually becoming the head of the Peruvian Tax Administration (SUNAT). During her tenure at SUNAT, she established the International Tax and Transfer Pricing section, in collaboration with the OECD. Additionally, she served as President of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT) and as Executive Director at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
completed postgraduate studies in corporate taxation at Universidad ESAN and international taxation and transfer pricing at Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires). With over 12 years of experience, mainly at Grant Thornton and PwC, he has been involved in the preparation of reports, consulting activities and transfer pricing planning for companies and economic groups, both national and transnational. He has also participated in numerous projects on the valuation of companies and intangibles, as well as in audit proceedings.

Jadhira Unda holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Peru (PUCP). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Finance at ESAN. She has ten years of
