Shinya Tago is a Japanese attorney- at-law, admitted to the New York State Bar Association, and the Representative Partner of Iwata Godo. His practices include general corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, conciliation and mediation, and antitrust litigation. He has an LLB from Hitotsubashi University and an LLM from Cornell Law School.
Hiroshi Iida is a partner at Iwata Godo, who received his LLB, LLM and JD from the University of Tokyo. He focuses on structured finance, banking, financial regulations and litigation. He is a published author,
whose most recent publication is “The Latest Shareholders’ Meeting Stories” (2022).
Landry Guesdon is a registered foreign attorney at Iwata Godo, who completed his BA in Law at the University of Kent, UK and his LLB and LLM in Paris, France. He is qualified to practise law in France and
