He has handled record- setting private sales, helped place works in important institutions, and advised individuals and estates on the sale of hundreds of works at auction in the USA, UK, and the Netherlands. In addition to his J.D. from Columbia Law School, Frank has a Ph.D. in Art History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
