Angus Forsyth & Co. was founded in 2017 by Angus Forsyth upon his retirement after 40 years’ practice with the well-established Hong Kong law firm of Ste - venson, Wong & Co., which he founded with three other partners in 1978. The firm has a niche practice in the areas of intellectual property, the establishment of charitable foundations, media and entertainment law and contracts, general commercial applications
of law, data privacy, insurance regulation and struc - turing, immigration and succession planning, and probate services of trust and will and estate admin - istration. The firm adopts a privacy policy that con - forms with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and adheres to the requirements of this Ordinance in all aspects of its practice.

Angus Forsyth was admitted as a solicitor in England in 1970 and in Hong Kong in 1971, and was one of the four original founders of Hong Kong law firm Stevenson, Wong & Co. in 1978. He has represented a wide
range of private and corporate clients in all aspects of commercial and company law, M&A, regulatory law of insurance, immigration, intellectual property and information technology, advertising, and personal data and privacy. Angus is a current or former member of several relevant organisations, and has been an Honorary Legal Adviser to numerous visual and performing arts bodies and functions in Hong Kong over many years.
