Samantha Lewis is a director at Miller du Toit Cloete Inc, having joined the firm in 2011. An admitted attorney of
the Western Cape High Court, she has practised as a specialised family law attorney since admission. In addition to considerable experience in both regional and High Court litigation, Samantha has a keen interest in and practical understanding of artificial reproductive technologies (ART). Her experience in this regard includes the drafting and implementation of South African and cross-border surrogacy agreements, as well as embryo donation. She has written articles and presented at various national and international conferences. Samantha is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers.
