Romane Lemaitre joined Chauveau Mulon & Associés in 2018. Practising in all areas of property and non- property family law, both domestic and international, she has gained specific expertise in inheritance law
former member of Avocats sans Frontières, she appeared before the Rwandan courts following the genocide. For 39 years, Véronique has represented numerous parents whose children have been victims of cross-border parental abduction, and has acted as an expert before courts in New York, Dublin, London and Istanbul. She is a member of IAFL, MIKK and LEPCA and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1984. A frequent speaker and fluent in English, Véronique is also the author of two books.

Romane is author of numerous articles, notably in the Gazette du Palais specialising in family law.
Morghân Peltier joined Cabinet Véronique Chauveau & Associés in 2019 before becoming a partner in 2022. She has worked in a French Ministry of Justice office operating under the 1980 Hague Convention on
