Victoria Cure is a senior associate. She qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in September 2019 before subsequently moving to Jersey to join Carey Olsen. Tori advises the firm’s
solution to relationship disputes and promotes the use of NCDR wherever possible. She provides robust and straightforward advice informed by her significant experience. Lauren is an effective and persuasive Advocate, who is well renowned for her advocacy skills and breadth of knowledge, particularly in cross-jurisdictional disputes. Lauren is chair of the Jersey Family Law Association and also sits on the Jersey Family Justice Council. Lauren is a member of Resolution.

Tara Lee was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2016 and joined Carey Olsen in 2022. She has a varied caseload and advises on all aspects of family law, with a particular focus on high net worth financial
remedy claims and international children cases, having assisted on a number of leave to remove cases. Tara maintains a particular interest in children cases involving an international element, having grown up in Singapore and trained at a leading London law firm specialising in complex multi- jurisdictional matters. Tara is a member of Resolution and an associate member of the Jersey Family Law Association.
