Véronique Chauveau founded Cabinet CBBC in 2010 before found - ing Cabinet Véronique Chauveau & Associés. She specialises in family, personal and estate law, as well as criminal law. A former member of
Morghân Peltier joined Cabinet Véronique Chauveau & Associés in 2019 before becoming a partner in 2022. She has worked in a French Ministry of Justice office operating under the 1980 Hague Convention on
Avocats sans Frontières, she appeared before the Rwandan courts following the genocide. For 39 years, Véronique has represented numerous parents whose children have been victims of cross-border parental abduction, and has acted as an expert before courts in New York, Dublin, London and Istanbul. She is a member of IAFL, MIKK and LEPCA and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1984. A frequent speaker and fluent in English, Véronique is also the author of two books.
International Child Abduction and has been involved in negotiating European regulations and international family mediation. Having acquired expertise in both private international family law and domestic law, Morghân also gives expert training in private interna - tional law to professionals. She is a fluent English speaker.
