Eugenio Fidelbo is an associate in Ambientalex’s Rome office. Eugenio counsels companies and undertakings on the regulatory aspects of waste management, production of renewable energy, air
(including higher courts). Francesco counsels companies on the regulatory aspects of environmental and climate change matters (emissions trading system, environmental permits, waste management, etc). He specialises in interacting with public authorities through adopting a multidisciplinary approach. He has been published widely on environmental law and has been a professor of the subject at the Department of Law of the LUISS University of Rome since 2017.

Marco Pellizzola is a trainee lawyer in Ambientalex’s Rome office. Marco studied at the Faculty of Law of the Free International University of Social Studies (LUISS), where he earned his degree in Law in 2024. Since then, he
