Sarah Gingrich specialises in securities and capital markets, M&A and corporate governance. She utilises a practical and results- oriented approach to tackle complex legal issues across various industries

such as energy, mining, transportation, technology and finance. Notable experience includes domestic and international corporate finance, public and private M&A, and private equity transactions. Sarah frequently acts on going-public transactions, plans of arrangement, amalgamations and take-over bids and provides strategic advice to management and boards of directors. She is co-chair of Fasken’s capital markets and M&A group, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Alberta Securities Commission Advisory Committee.

Tracy Hooey focuses on securities and M&A. She advises public and private clients on a range of transactional matters including securities offerings, acquisitions and divestitures, investment product

Marie-Josée Neveu is a corporate and securities law specialist with experience in governance, M&A and corporate financing. Her expertise covers public offerings, public and private M&A, and statutory

structuring and stock exchange and securities law compliance matters. Tracy regularly advises clients regarding corporate governance matters including board practices and committee requirements and private company shareholder arrangements. She is vice-chair of Fasken’s business law practice in Ontario and a member of the ESG and sustainability practice, and was the lead author of Fasken’s 2025 ESG Disclosure Study.
