governance issues and disputes. He has particular expertise in matters related to listed companies. Prior to founding Aurès, Jean-Christophe practised with leading US firm Davis Polk. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and of the Panthéon Sorbonne University, and has also been appointed Co-Chair of the French Securities Lawyers Association (ADB).
