Vincent Lung has been a member of the Hong Kong Bar for almost two decades and has a busy civil practice with an emphasis on commercial and company matters. He is regularly engaged in high-profile shareholders’
Mike Yeung maintains a broad commercial practice with a particular emphasis on company and commercial disputes, corporate governance, listco-related and securities-related regulatory
disputes and winding-up matters. His cases frequently involve complex elements of trust law, fiduciary obligations and equitable remedies, in view of his ability to successfully unpick nuanced and elaborate factual matrices. Vincent has extensive experience in conducting long and heavy civil trials and does so increasingly in his own right. He is adept at handling high-calibre disputes imbued with complexity, and is known for being “concise, to the point and focused”.

Prior to joining the Bar, Mike amassed a decade of frontline experience (in M&A, joint ventures, IPOs and PE funds) as a solicitor in both private practice and in-house roles across leading international law firms and top-tier financial institutions.
