Francesco Di Carlo is one of the founding partners and managing partner of FIVERS. Francesco has longstanding experience in assisting clients on corporate governance, M&A and Italian and cross-border
Filippo Raynaud works primarily on corporate governance, securities regulation and banking and corporate law. He has experience in M&A, financial and debt restructuring transactions and in counselling
corporate reorganisations. He is an expert on special rules and regulatory supervision of listed companies, especially on protection of minority shareholders, corporate governance, related-party transactions, reporting obligations, market abuse and public offerings. He is focused on banking, finance and insurance clients and has been working for years with the major Italian and international authorities. He also has experience as a member of boards of directors and supervisory boards of companies.
