Manon Cremers specialises in corporate law at Stibbe, particularly in relation to corporate governance, M&A, capital markets and other matters of corporate law for national and international (listed) clients. Her
Heleen Kersten has expertise and experience in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, corporate law, corporate governance and ESG/ sustainability. She acts on behalf of leading domestic and international
work includes the incorporation of companies, partnerships, co-operative associations and foundations, corporate acquisitions and disposals, (cross-border) mergers and demergers, security rights (pledge and mortgage), and listings and delistings. Manon regularly publishes and lectures and is an editor of “TOP”, “Tijdschrift voor de Ondernemingsrechtpraktijk”, a corporate law journal, and “Tijdschrift voor Jaarrekeningenrecht”, a financial reporting journal. She studied law at the VU University Amsterdam and at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
clients, both listed and privately held. From 2008 to 2013, Heleen held the position of managing partner of Stibbe in Amsterdam whilst remaining active in her areas of specialism. She practised at Stibbe from 1989 to 1992 before joining Davis Polk in New York, and later moved to its London office. In 1994, she returned to Stibbe Amsterdam and has practised there ever since.
Frédérique van der Wegen is a lawyer in the corporate law practice group at Stibbe. Frédérique specialises in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions transactions, including public
company takeovers, private equity investments and corporate governance. She advises on a variety of corporate matters for a broad spectrum of clients, including large national and international businesses. Frédérique has obtained a Master’s in Corporate Law from Leiden University and a Master’s from UC Berkeley School of Law.
