cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate including corporate governance and fiduciary duties advisory, private equity and complex contracts. Mr Rovira-Rullán is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He teaches corporate law, business organisation and M&A at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
