Chadi Safieddine has been a member of the SCP Houda & Associés since 2021, where he works as a senior legal counsel. Prior to joining SCP, Chadi worked as a lawyer at a law firm specialising in business law and
services, assisting a diverse clientele through strategic sectors such as banking, finance and insurance, natural resources and maritime activities. Lo plays a key role in the legal structuring and risk management of complex cases, combining legal rigour with pragmatism. In addition to his technical skills, Lo is a key contact in managing client relations, ensuring that their needs are met effectively while contributing to the law firm’s development.

Mohamed Kamil has been working as a senior legal counsel at SCP Houda & Associés since 2021. Within the Firm, he has gained experience in business law and has been involved in regulatory assignments, particularly
in the energy, technology, telecommunications, personal data protection, health sectors and in corporate law. He also assists the team in providing legal counselling and advisory assignments, as well as in litigation procedures.
