investment, transactions and commercial litigation. He advises Bulgarian and international clients on market entry, shareholder and management issues, and legal and commercial risk management. Before founding the firm, he worked with a leading Bulgarian commercial bank and the corporate teams of Clifford Chance and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Germany. He is a member and disciplinary judge of the Sofia Bar Association and has passed the Bulgarian insolvency administrator exam.
