Pascal Hubli is the current managing partner of Schellenberg Wittmer and a partner in the firm’s corporate/M&A group in Zurich. His practice focuses on national and cross-border M&A and capital market transactions,

transactions, and all aspects of corporate law. Lorenzo regularly advises boards of private and publicly listed companies and strategic investors on corporate governance including ESG matters, and shareholder activism. He is a frequent author and speaker on legal developments affecting M&A and corporate law, and a lecturer in the University of Zurich’s LLM programme on international banking, capital markets and insurance law. He currently serves as an officer of the International Bar Association’s Corporate and M&A Law Committee.
