Pascal Hubli is the current managing partner of Schellenberg Wittmer and a partner in the firm’s corporate/M&A group in Zurich. His practice focuses on national and cross-border M&A and capital market transactions,

Lorenzo regularly advises boards of private and publicly listed companies and strategic investors on corporate governance including ESG matters, and shareholder activism. He is a frequent author and speaker on legal developments affecting M&A and corporate law, and a lecturer in the University of Zurich’s LLM programme on international banking, capital markets and insurance law. He currently serves as an officer of the International Bar Association’s Corporate and M&A Law Committee.
