His work includes structuring and negotiating transactions, advising on cross-border deals and supporting boards of directors and shareholders on corporate governance issues. He has particular experience in acquisitions, reorganisations and financing rounds involving investors and corporates. Guy is admitted to the Swiss Bar, holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and is a member of the Zurich Bar Association, the Swiss Bar Association, the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association and the Swiss LegalTech Association.
